Once purchased, funds should be available for redemption on your Gift Card within 2 working days. You can check the balance of your card by clicking here. Please always check the balance on your card before trying to make a purchase.
If your Gift Card is lost or stolen please contact Customer Services as soon as possible so we can arrange for your Gift Card to be blocked.
1. Gift Cards may only be used in our stand alone Stores or Outlet Stores within the UK.
2. Gift Cards expire 24 months from last use. Any balance remaining will be cancelled
3. Gift Cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or vouchers except in accordance with your legal rights.
4. Please treat your Gift Card as cash. Clarks cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards.
6. Clark’s reserves the right to refuse to accept any Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
7. By purchasing or using any Gift Card you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Clarks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
