WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA  

EnergyEarth is a global business, with its headquarters, and many of its operations, in the United States. To offer and perform our services, we may need to transfer, and store, your personal information at a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") or Switzerland, including the United States.  Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information.  It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our business partners or sub-contractors. Our Site, and its servers, are located in (and operated out of) the United States, and so by accessing, and providing information, via our Site you will be transferring your personal data to the United States.
