EnergyEarth is a global business, with its headquarters, and many of its operations, in the United States. To offer and perform our services, we may need to transfer, and store, your personal information at a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") or Switzerland, including the United States.  Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information.  It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our business partners or sub-contractors.
