This gift card can be used to make purchases in store, by telephone or online at johnlewis.com or waitrose.com as part or full payment for goods (exclusions apply – please see T’s & C’s link below). When redeeming online, just select ‘use gift card' on the payment page, then enter the 19 digit number and PIN. To spend in store in John Lewis or Waitrose simply present the gift card at the point payment is taken.
The minimum loadable balance for this card is £1 and the maximum balance you can hold on a card is £2500. Funds can be loaded in increments of £1.

Gift cards expire 24 months from purchase or last use. Buying a product or making a balance enquiry refreshes the 24-month expiry period.
