You can spend your Student  Favourites Gift Card at any Student Favourites participating retailer. You don’t have to spend the total value in one go and can use your Card multiple times until the balance reaches £0.  

Know your balance before you spend as the retailer will not be able to find out your balance. If your Card is swiped for more than the balance on the Card, the transaction will be declined.  

Please note the date of activation of your Student Favourites Gift Card and spend your Card in the first 18 months to avoid the monthly charge of 90p. This charge only applies after 18 months.

Once purchased, funds will be available for redemption on the Gift Card within 24 hours. You can check your balance online by clicking here, by text by texting ‘My Balance’ followed by your 16 digit card number to 57887 to receive an SMS stating your balance, or call 033 0828 0881 for our automated balance enquiry service.

If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, please contact Customer Services on  03700 84 4444 (local call rates apply) as soon as possible so a block can be placed on the card and a new replacement card issued.
