Some travel companies choose not to have a booking facility through travel agents so do not provide us with agency rates. We can make these booking on your behalf and will have to include a booking fee that include our operating costs, licence fees and insurance that offer our customers financial protection. You are also provided with an after sales service should you experience any problems whilst you are away.We do book with a number of Tour Operators that offer price parity and if you call our dedicated Reservations Team these are always checked in the first instance to try and offer the most competitive prices.
The gift cards can be used in the UK plus if the situation improves they are also valid for worldwide. Your Travel Card can ONLY be used online at Your Travel Card or by calling 0800 488 0707.The maximum balance is £5000.
Your funds will be loaded to your card within 24 working hours of processing your order, but please always check the balance on your card before you go shopping.
If your Gift Card is lost or stolen please contact Customer Services as soon as possible so we can arrange for your Gift Card to be blocked.
You have 18 months from the date of issue in which to use your Inspire Travel Card.
